As a Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Agentforce and AI, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on architecting and executing technical solutions for Agentforce and related-technologies.

You will have the opportunity to :

1. Lead and own the technical solution design, including designing and understanding the complete Agentforce solution covering topics, instructions, actions with automation / code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
2. Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.
3. Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
4. Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
5. Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML / CSS).
• Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences.
• Experience with source control and branching / pull requests strategies.
• Familiarity with CI / CD solutions and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.
• Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications.

3. Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes, split into two parts: discussing potential solutions on the spot and interacting with NeuraFlash delivery team members.
4. Organization lead interview (Video) - 45 minutes, discussing career goals, work examples, challenges, and tools used.
5. Leadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes, meeting with leadership team.
