As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions that deliver a best-in-class patient experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. The role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and architecting scalable and robust solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Work with business analysts, developers, and customers to implement, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions.
2. Responsible for Salesforce integration and implementation, including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
3. Lead the documentation of technical requirements, and architect, design, build, and integrate Salesforce solutions.
4. Design solutions and manage teams developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce solutions using Advanced Flows, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Salesforce.com Metadata API, etc.
5. Coordinate between development efforts and Salesforce development tasks.

Qualifications

1. 12+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, development, and deployment.
2. Experience as an architect in Salesforce implementation projects.
3. Proficiency in Salesforce architecture frameworks, standard processes, and business procedures; strong technical skills in configuration and customization using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Integrations.
4. Effective communication skills for technical and business audiences.
5. Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer II, Sales & Service Cloud certifications.
