The Canadian Academy is seeking a Salesforce Specialist who will oversee and manage the continued development, maintenance, and optimization of the Academy’s Salesforce systems and portals, including award submissions, voting, and membership across both the National Office and Section Québec. This role will also serve as a key strategic partner in addressing ongoing system challenges and supporting internal teams through better system design, automation, and technical documentation.
The Salesforce Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity, efficiency, and alignment with organizational needs while maintaining a strong foundation for future growth.

Office hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A commitment of 24 hours/per week is required. Evening work and overtime are required for special events throughout the year and during Canadian Screen Week and its lead-up. At this time, Canadian Academy staff members are working full-time remotely from home but are required to attend in-person meetings and events when needed.
