We are currently seeking a qualified Salesforce Specialist . The role involves leading the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to support business processes and drive platform efficiency.

Location : St. Laurent, QC

Job Type : Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design : Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, in close collaboration with the Salesforce Architect.
  • Technical Leadership : Lead end-to-end implementation efforts, including custom development, system integrations, and hands-on technical execution.
  • Documentation : Develop and maintain clear technical documentation including design specifications, deployment procedures, and support materials.
  • System Optimization : Align the Salesforce platform with evolving business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Code Quality : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards, ensure performance, and uphold design best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business teams, developers, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of the platform.

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM platform, its modules, architecture, and best practices (i.e., Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud).
  • Ability to develop and manage integrations (e.g., ERP, Finance, and micro-services applications).
  • Ability to present and gather requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
  • Project Management skills are an asset.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud and Billing experience is an asset.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
