We’re on the hunt for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Specialist to help us elevate how Salesforce CRM design and configuration. If you're a hands-on architect of smart, scalable systems—with a knack for untangling complexity and building solutions that actually work for users—we want to work with you. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, operations, and IT to deliver functional, efficient, and integrated solutions.

This is a contract or consulting engagement with the opportunity to dive deep into a meaningful transformation project. You'll lead the charge on Salesforce.com enhancements, system integrations, and smart automation—laying the foundation for a more efficient, connected, and data-driven sales process for our team.

What You’ll Work On

Design the ideal Salesforce setup for opportunity management, quoting, and order processing

Collaborate with backend system owners to integrate with other platforms (ERP, Financial systems) to ensure inventory and order fulfillment data flows smoothly and reliably.

2. Integration & Automation

Define and execute integration strategies with ERP and legacy systems

Clean up legacy automations—replace spaghetti flows with clean, efficient logic

Guarantee data sync across platforms without creating new tech debt

3. Org Structure & Governance

Set up scalable roles, profiles, and permission sets to support growing teams

Define user management best practices and enforce smart data access controls

Help build governance models that support long-term scale and simplicity

4. Sales Activity Tracking & Reporting

Implement automated activity logging tools (like Einstein Activity Capture)

Ensure sales activity is trackable, reportable, and actionable

Partner with leadership to build dashboards and define KPIs that drive performance.

What You Bring

Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Deep experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Proven success implementing sales workflows and system integrations

Strong command of Flow and modern Salesforce automation tools

Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems like Great Plains or TallyWorks

Sharp communicator with a collaborative mindset—you know how to turn stakeholder input into system logic

Comfortable operating independently as a contractor or consultant

Certifications:

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Technical Architect,
