Job summary

LTIMindtree Canada is seeking a Salesforce Functional / Solution Architect in Calgary, Alberta. You will lead the Discovery Design engagement and own target state architecture governance, ensuring business to technology traceability and executive design signoff.

With deep Salesforce expertise and 12+ years in CRM, you will coordinate across process, data, integration, contact centre and AI streams to drive transformation and roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• 12 years CRM Salesforce consulting experience.
• 5 years solution architecture leadership on global transformation programs.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design and governance of target state architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Discovery Design engagement and target state solution architecture.
• Own architecture governance and traceability from business to technology.
• Drive cross-workstream alignment across process, data, integration, and AI streams.
