Our QA Test teams are essential to ensuring the digital technology and services built for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful.

The QA team supports project success by providing leadership and guidance to ensure projects are executed effectively and deliver on promises.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Create test plans and test cases based on business requirements and design specifications.
• Execute test cases, record results, and consult with the project team on issues before opening defects.
• Report test status and metrics daily using tools like Jira or TFS.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to status, risk, and issue reports.
• Ensure functionality aligns with the Statement of Work (SOW), identify deviations, and communicate with project leadership.
• Follow all project SOPs related to time reporting, DevOps, status updates, and ticketing systems for bugs, incidents, requests, and changes.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role
• 1+ years of testing experience in Salesforce Applications
• At least one Salesforce Certification

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with software development methodologies, Agile preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization, follow-up skills, and attention to detail
