Job summary

Nesto Cloud, Canada’s leading mortgage technology platform, is seeking a QA engineer to strengthen our Salesforce testing efforts. You’ll review manual test cases, drive automation, and ensure coverage across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce objects.

Join a fast-paced team, collaborate across disciplines, contribute to CI/CD, and design Playwright scripts to navigate Lightning interfaces. A strong background in Salesforce testing and certifications is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with software testing, including Salesforce applications.
• 2+ years experience with automated functional testing tools, preferably Playwright.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Experience with Jira/X-ray integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is an asset; Salesforce Certifications are a strong asset.
• Experience in Agile methodologies with frequent release cycles and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Review manual test cases for Salesforce customizations and provide automation feedback.
• Support, maintain, and enhance test case automation activities across Salesforce releases.
• Review user stories and requirements to ensure thorough test coverage of standard and custom Salesforce objects.
• Assist with manual testing; execute test cases and scripts using test management tools.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scenarios in line with QA standards.
• Set up and maintain Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Scratch Orgs) for testing.
• Contribute to QA processes, tools, and CI/CD within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop automation scripts using Playwright to navigate Salesforce Lightning interfaces.
