Job Title : Salesforce Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Client team for organizing all workshops discussions stakeholder connects
  • Regular reporting on the progress of the engagement and highlight any challenges early
  • Experience in leading a team of 25 members
  • Experience in Salesforce implementation team management and external client interaction
  • Implement project management quality assurance and control procedures
  • Work to ensure scope is effectively controlled in accordance with project definition
  • Work closely with architects, technical teams, and business analysts to deliver project scope on time, on budget, and with high quality deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding the Salesforce project technology and functionality
  • Use Salesforce experience to develop accurate work estimates, project budgets, and timelines
  • Exercise required controls and propose improvements as necessary, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans, and change control plans for all aspects of the assignment
  • Lead the delivery team, drive desired professional behaviors, and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance, ensuring that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
  • Ensure business and assignment risks are identified, monitored, and managed to achieve minimal disruption to the project delivery and success
  • Proven track record of executing multiple projects in parallel using agile methodology
  • Conduct status monitoring and reporting
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Track, monitor, and report key metrics on projects
  • Understand quality processes and implement them in projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Risk management, periodic review of project risks and people risk, and development of mitigating strategies
  • Create sprint backlog if any and conduct daily scrum
  • Initiate escalations as appropriate
  • Ensure project is executed as per the right methodology

Required Qualifications and Background

  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
  • Active in the Salesforce community
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field of study

  • A proactive personality with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Able to actively make suggestions based on the results
  • Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions
  • Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
  • A self-starter experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
  • Excellent ability to coach, motivate, and direct work tasks to a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
