We are looking to fill the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Architect.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, Push strategies, automation, and customer journeys.
• Configure and set up Marketing Cloud instances for long-term success.
• Architect and maintain a scalable Marketing Cloud framework aligned with organizational goals.
• Design solutions involving integrations with other marketing technologies.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions, communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience with a strategic focus.
• Proven success in leading marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Ampscript, SSJS, and understanding of backend functionalities.
• Experience in creating complex automation journeys and data segmentation.
• Experience integrating SFMC with CRM systems and other platforms.
• Strong project ownership and end-to-end solution delivery skills.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
