Job summary

Altis is seeking a data migration specialist to deliver a high-impact ETL initiative in a Salesforce-centric environment in Mississauga. You will transform, validate, and migrate data to Salesforce, working with technical and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and project success.

You will develop and maintain SQL-based ETL scripts, optimize queries, and map data to the Salesforce data model, with hands-on use of SOQL during migration.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise data migration experience.
• Hands-on with Salesforce as target platform.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and stored procedure development skills.
• Ability to map and validate data to business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex ETL scripts using SQL Stored Procedures to support large-scale data migration activities.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and T-SQL queries to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
• Map, transform, and validate data to meet business and technical requirements before migration.
• Migrate data into Salesforce while ensuring data integrity and alignment with the Salesforce CRM data model.
• Leverage SOQL to validate and retrieve Salesforce data throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and deliver successful project outcomes

• Demonstrated experience with data mapping, transformation, and data validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Candidates with recent, hands-on experience in these technologies are strongly preferred
