We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Email Marketing Developer to join a marketing technology team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and executing personalized email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) . The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strategic insight to optimize customer engagement, drive business outcomes, and ensure seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Email Development & Execution :
  • Design, code, and test responsive HTML emails and templates using AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and maintain marketing automations, customer journeys, and triggered email programs based on campaign needs.
  • Platform Optimization :
  • Configure and implement innovative solutions to enhance email marketing performance and solve business / marketing challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to email marketing best practices related to deliverability, accessibility, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate on integrations between Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and third-party systems such as Datorama.
  • Use APIs and automation tools to build real-time triggered emails and data-driven workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :
  • Work closely with marketing teams, product owners, analysts, and developers to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support project execution.
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation :
  • Provide technical expertise for QA testing, UAT, and post-implementation verification.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, technical specs, and process flows.

Qualifications : Required :

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder).
  • Experience in developing and deploying complex email campaigns and automations.
  • Strong understanding of relational data modeling and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and API integrations.

Preferred :

  • Experience with Datorama or other analytics platforms.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant).
  • Knowledge of marketing KPIs and experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
