Role Overview

As a Solution Architect specializing in digital experience, you will design engaging user interactions and deliver business value. Your work will involve solution design, architecture, and implementation for web-based technologies like support sites, partner portals, and conversational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide best practices and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
2. Lead requirement gathering and serve as a Salesforce platform expert.
3. Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term goals.
4. Utilize Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein Service Intelligence, and Experience Cloud.
5. Contribute to detailed design, infrastructure, and project planning.
6. Translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
7. Mentor junior team members.
8. Stay updated on Salesforce product and technical advancements.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping.
• 5+ years in CRM industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce or similar Generative AI platforms, Einstein Service Intelligence, or Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to design and optimize cross-system business processes.
• Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to demonstrate business value through storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with designers using sitemaps, mockups, and prototypes.
• Ability to define requirements for custom web components.
• Experience with GenAI prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with flow charting tools like Lucidchart.
