Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid in Downtown Montreal.

What will you do?

• You will work closely with the architects and business partners to implement CRM capabilities on the Salesforce platform.
• You will be responsible for the design and development on the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud to drive business value.
• Provide thought leadership and direction to maximize our CRM transformation with the Salesforce platform.
• Assist scrum teams in gathering requirements/user stories to develop/enhance functionality on the Salesforce platform, including the technical analysis and estimates.
• Actively contribute in any team discussions, adding value by sharing experiences or providing technical know-how to best leverage the out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Support in DevOps development and process efficiencies.
• Stay current on Salesforce’s development platform and implement Salesforce development best practices, following the internal standards and guidelines.

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of web-based application design/developer experience or full-stack development.
• 2+ years in Salesforce configuration, customization, development using Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including APEX coding, Aura framework, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce Data Model.
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including Sales & Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs, UI frameworks, and event-based integration patterns.
• Design and development experience using Agile.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I (PDI).
