What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the Salesforce.com platform
2. Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations with third-party solutions
3. Act as the first point of escalation for daily service issues and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders
4. Prepare and review test scripts and conduct unit testing of changes
5. Develop Apex classes and Visualforce pages in compliance with Salesforce.com recommended standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, including at least 5 completed projects in a development role
2. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
3. Sales or Service Cloud Certification
4. 3+ years of experience developing custom business logic in Apex, writing test classes, and creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers
5. 2+ years of experience in SFDC developing custom business logic in Apex, creating Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Pages, and Triggers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Prior experience with a software development methodology, preferably Agile
2. Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL
3. Familiarity with Lightning Application on Aura Framework
4. Experience with data migration using Data Loader
5. Understanding of different sandboxes
