Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality:
- Requirements Management Plans
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Ensure all business problems, opportunities, and recommendations are:
- Well-documented
- Aligned with business goals and change initiatives
- Apply a structured business analysis methodology across all assigned projects
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for:
- Efficiency and productivity improvements
- Timeliness enhancements
- Cost reduction or avoidance
- Support the identification, documentation, and implementation of:
- Business requirements
- Business process flows
- System or regulatory changes
- Prepare business impact assessments to support change management efforts
- Assist in designing effective interactions between processes, people, and technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various business units
- Participate in:
- JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions
- Business design reviews
- Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Continuously identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes
