Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality:
    • Requirements Management Plans
    • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
    • Process Flow Diagrams
  • Ensure all business problems, opportunities, and recommendations are:
    • Well-documented
    • Aligned with business goals and change initiatives
  • Apply a structured business analysis methodology across all assigned projects
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for:
    • Efficiency and productivity improvements
    • Timeliness enhancements
    • Cost reduction or avoidance
  • Support the identification, documentation, and implementation of:
    • Business requirements
    • Business process flows
    • System or regulatory changes
  • Prepare business impact assessments to support change management efforts
  • Assist in designing effective interactions between processes, people, and technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various business units
  • Participate in:
    • JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions
    • Business design reviews
    • Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Continuously identify and recommend improvements to existing business processes
