What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business requirements for reporting, utilizing tools like Snowflake and Tableau
- Lead Discovery Workshops and produce AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using Visio or Lucid
- Transform requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, securing client sign-off
- Conduct Sprint End client demos and participate in daily stand-ups
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing and provide End-User Training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience, particularly in Financial processes/reporting
- At least 3 years of experience utilizing Salesforce Best Practices
- Proficient in Agile development methodology and project management tools like JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multiple system integrations and data field mapping
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with configuration vs. custom code vs. App Exchange products in Salesforce
- Previous experience leading workshops and collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders
