You will work with a project team to deliver L1 and BA support, ensuring excellent user experience by resolving issues in Scotiabank’s production environment. The role focuses on CMS and CRM systems supporting Asset Management. It offers the chance to work in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. As a member of the delivery team, you will assist in design, support development phases, and support IT&S partners, engaging in both front-end and back-end design.
The main function involves analysis and daily support of Dynamic Web Products, Investor Portal, and Salesforce. The Application Support Analyst will implement standards and best practices for application services development.
L1 support Engineers troubleshoot issues like password resets and software installations.
