Under the guidance of the Director of Corporate Services , the Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for resource planning, budget preparation, progress monitoring, and stakeholder communication throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Analysis

  • Gather requirements from end-users to develop scope statements and project documents (e.g., project charter, business requirements document, product backlog).
  • Document functional and non-functional business requirements for application development.
  • Understand and communicate project plans, roles, goals, and timelines.
  • Manage Salesforce Roles, Profiles, and Workflows.
  • Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business needs.
  • Perform Use Case analysis and process / data modeling for projects.

Implementation

  • Manage Salesforce projects using modern development methodologies.
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce for optimal integration.
  • Document milestones, meetings, and user requests; report to stakeholders.
  • Create testing templates for various testing phases.
  • Develop system and user documentation, including manuals and tutorials.
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented projects and related IT systems.
  • Ensure documentation is current.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance service delivery.
  • Perform database maintenance and testing.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy with clients.
  • Follow company policies and protect proprietary information.
  • Research future initiatives as needed.
  • Provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
  • Design

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on architecture, hardware, and software specifications.
  • Design user interfaces following industry standards.
  • Plan program and data storage designs based on project needs.
  • Present design plans for approval and feedback.
  • General

  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Assist with IT Helpdesk support when required.
  • Support after-hours on-call duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications - Required

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
  • Ability to work overtime, with a flexible schedule, and travel as needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Qualifications - Preferred

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Minimum two years supporting and maintaining Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with third-party tools integrated with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with SQL-based databases.
  • Strong customer service and client management skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of safety protocols.
