Requirement/Must Have:
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Salesforce Admin and Developer support role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration using declarative tools.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, data modeling, and security.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities or Duties:
  • Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Salesforce functionality and data integrity.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system errors and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain and customize the Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure and manage data quality rules, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements and new features.
  • Work with developers and architects on complex customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system customizations, processes, and workflows.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfort in conveying technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and changing priorities.
