Salesforce Administrator / Business AnalystAbout the Role
We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst who thrives on turning complex business needs into streamlined, scalable solutions. In this role, you’ll be exposed to the Salesforce Core Platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds), with Pardot experience as a plus, while leveraging your expertise in understanding ERP integrations (JDE preferred) and your skills in Databricks and Boomi.Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a HUGE plus to ensure you can align technology solutions with operational realities. Guided by our executive team, we take a top-down approach to ensure these values are embedded into everything we do, creating meaningful and lasting cultural impact.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary Salesforce business analyst/administrator for the Salesforce Core Platform (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds) — managing users, permissions, security, workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, especially within manufacturing operations, to gather requirements, document processes, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee and maintain integrations between Salesforce, JDE ERP, Databricks, and Boomi, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure data flows.
- Leverage manufacturing industry knowledge to design solutions that align with production, supply chain, and operational workflows.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and implement best practices for data governance.
- Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing assistance.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and deliver solutions on schedule.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for new features and integrations.
