A transportation technology company in Waterloo, Ontario, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and configure their Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and supporting ongoing projects. Candidates should have 2+ years of Salesforce experience and relevant technical qualifications. The position offers a salary of $72K - $88K plus bonuses and benefits, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance three days a week.

We’re looking for a skilled and team-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic Technical Services team. In this role, you’ll act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, overseeing the setup, configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and support key business initiatives.
