The opportunity:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce ecosystem by gathering requirements, designing scalable processes, and implementing solutions for business and technical

challenges. This role is highly collaborative, working directly with end users across the business alongside other Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects.


What you`ll be doing:
  • Join our collaborative Business Systems team and make an impact on a large Salesforce environment with over 400 users in a dynamic, high-growth company across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Community Cloud, and several integrated applications.
  • On a day-to-day basis you will take ownership of Salesforce support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues and business support requests.
  • You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of users and licenses, including onboarding/offboarding, role assignments, profile and permission set configurations, and management of public groups.
  • As you work closely with stakeholders across the business, you will also take an active role in the delivery of end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of Salesforce tools.
  • You will also contribute to ongoing data hygiene practices, Salesforce configurations and implementations, and evaluation of new Salesforce releases/features.
What we`re looking for:
  • 3+ years experienceas a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience withcomplex data loadsand data migration.
  • Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build effective relationships with end users.
  • A driven self-starter who is quick to learn and adapt tonew tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity withService Cloudand/orCommunity Cloud is not required but advantageous.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are also a bonus.
