We are seeking a self‑motivated CRM & Sales Insights Analyst to support and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem. This role blends Salesforce administration, business analysis, and sales performance insights, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure our CRM platform drives data‑informed decision‑making.

You will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce functionality, supporting users, and transforming business requirements into scalable, data‑driven solutions—while ensuring data integrity, security, and a strong user experience.

What you'll do:
  • Serve as a trusted Salesforce administrator and analyst, supporting day‑to‑day CRM operations and ongoing enhancements
  • Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and security controls
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce issues; escalate and collaborate with development teams as needed
  • Perform core Salesforce administration activities, including: Sandbox refreshes, Managing connected apps and integrations, Creating and maintaining service accounts, Installing and managing managed packages
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses to support sales performance, pipeline visibility, and operational insights
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and translate needs into technical and analytical solutions
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests via email and support ticketing systems
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across CRM, CPQ, and PSA environments
What we expect of you:
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proven experience supporting sales teams through CRM reporting, dashboards, and insights
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including CRM, CPQ, and PSA
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, particularly related to data integrity, reporting accuracy, and security
  • Strong user‑centric mindset with the ability to design intuitive, scalable CRM experiences
  • Ability to see the “big picture” when troubleshooting cross‑functional or system‑wide issues
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting

Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek, and paid on a bi‑weekly payroll schedule.

Pay range: $ 70, 000- $ 75, 000, depending on experience and skill set
