Join a leading telecommunications company as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant. Your role involves helping Small-Medium Business customers optimize their services through consultative sales, with flexible remote work options and a commission structure that rewards high performance. Successful candidates will have a background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to a structured sales process.
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their internet, wireless and cable services. You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.
