Overview

Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.


Responsibilities


  • Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive value.

  • Demonstrate ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.

  • Meet the minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion, and will impact commission earnings.

  • Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on performance.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience. General retail roles that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience.

  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.) is considered a strong asset.

  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in B2B telecommunications sales.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Must be living in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, or Yukon.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.
