About the Role :

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work with homeowners and businesses to find window covering solutions that suit their style, needs, and budget. You’ll provide personalized consultations, expert product recommendations, and exceptional service to turn their vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs.
• Offer tailored advice on window coverings, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery.
• Present product samples, provide accurate measurements, and deliver detailed quotes.
• Build lasting relationships by ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation to final installation.
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and product offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through exceptional service and expertise.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in window coverings, design, or home improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with measurements and product specifications.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
