Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Sales Technology Excellence and Enablement Specialist in Mississauga, Canada, to bridge commercial teams with the SEE Team. You will manage SFDC master data, dashboards, and analytics, while supporting user training and change management.

The Sales Technology Excellence and Enablement Specialist will act as a crucial link between our commercial teams and the Sales Enablement and Effectiveness (SEE) Team. This role involves collaborating with commercial associates and leaders to understand their commercial processes and business requirements for CRM, CPQ, CLM and other commercial technologies.
Responsibilities include Salesforce delegated admin tasks and master data governance, as well as supporting end users with inquiries and providing knowledge on effective tool usage in their daily work. Additionally, the Sales Technology Excellence and Enablement Specialist will work closely with the North America Salesforce (SFDC) Delegated Admin (DA) and SEE Team to understand and support upgrades/updates and assist with change management efforts.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality (SFDC) and its integration with other technologies, including Power BI, CLM/CPQ, and Marketo.

The range displayed is comprised of wages, which includes base salary and commission, as well as certain components of our bonus programs. The salary offered to a successful candidate may vary based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and work location.
