What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate sales operations and align them with company goals
  • Set sales quotas, monitor team KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes that support business growth
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the seamless integration of sales efforts with overall operations
  • Participate in disciplinary processes and manage performance improvement plans in line withcompany policy
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage contract negotiations, and supportregional sales strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing department to effectively communicate marketing messagesto the sales team

What You Should Already Have:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in sales
  • A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with aspecialization in sales
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
    skills.

What We Will Give You:

  • Full-time position as Sales Team Manager (40 hours per week)
  • Salary: $100,300 annually (approximately $48.22 per hour)
  • Extended health benefits, dental, and vision coverage
