Your Role as Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be an expert in freshness, delivering a great in-bakery experience. You will share your love of freshness with our customers and lead by example.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with regular customers
• Merchandising products and executing marketing campaigns
• Maintaining bakery cleanliness and assisting with baking and production tasks

Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in baking, food production, food service, or hospitality
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Reliability, self-motivation, and leadership abilities
• Experience handling cash, credit, and debit transactions

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking continuously
• Using both hands constantly
• Lifting up to 7.5 kg regularly; occasional lifts up to 22 kg; reaching, bending, and turning
