Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist to their team for an initial 12 month contract which is renewable. This role is completely remote within Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts in-depth interviews encompassing lifestyle and medical questions, to facilitate the underwriting process for clients who have applied for individual insurance (i.e: Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance)
  • Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to probe tactfully when eliciting personal and medical information
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills
  • Manages workload efficiently with the use of excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Respects the confidentiality of sensitive and private information.
  • Addresses customers' concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Requirements:

  • Medical knowledge (e.g., dental assistant, nursing, recent graduates in health sciences).
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
