Sales Support Administrator - Temporary - Remote

This role is a remote temporary position working 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday, from a home office, and will be on 3rd party agency payroll.

The role will perform sales operations tasks under the direction of the Senior Key Account Manager. This position is critical to ensure our Canadian OES customers receive timely and accurate data from Bosch.

  • Prepare pivot tables and reports for each OES customer, including top-selling product sales, top-selling dealers, and specific categories as required by customers.
  • Prepare financial approval requests using Bosch templates, route, and monitor progress.
  • Assist sales and marketing with creating product promotions.
  • Data mine to support Bosch and customer initiatives.
  • Resolve customer escalations such as return goods authorizations, service parts requests, and credit/rebill follow-up via email and phone.
  • Create OES cross-reference tables.
  • Support special projects as requested.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate from a Business, Data Analytics, or related Degree or Diploma program.
  • One year of related experience considered an asset.
  • Intermediate to excellent proficiency in Excel.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience making outbound customer service calls.
  • Salesforce experience is an asset.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is an asset.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry is an asset.
