Job description

The Supervisor is responsible for continuously improving and developing specific management skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned (i.e., Customer Service, Merchandising, Operations, Training) by the management team.

What you'll do:

  1. Meet and exceed store sales, KPIs, and personal targets.
  2. Promote and act as a brand ambassador of Mackage by providing exceptional service within a customer-centric environment, including product knowledge and excellent customer experience.
  3. Ensure proactive client engagement leveraging CRM and growing the clientele database.
  4. Provide ongoing customer service, operations, and product training while extending guidance and mentorship to the team.
  5. Support all operational tasks front and back of house, including fulfillment, processing, and receiving inbound and outbound shipments, as well as maintaining store organization.
  6. In the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager, oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store, updating reports, communicating effectively with HQ, executing visual merchandising responsibilities, and maintaining store standards.
  7. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in ensuring company standards and policies are followed, including integrity and loss prevention practices.

What you'll need:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a store or customer service environment.
  2. Supervisor experience is a plus.
  3. Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
  4. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and behavior.
  5. Effective communication and basic problem-solving skills related to customer service.
  6. Good understanding of fashion trends (asset).
  7. Experience in visual merchandising (asset).
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
