Job Type: Full-Time, 30 - 35 hours per week

Wage rate: $18.00 per hour

As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our team to deliver outstanding service and achieve operational excellence.

Job Responsibsilities

  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Supervision of 304 people

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in retail or customer service.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
