Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for performing all functions related to merchandising, customer service, and general store operations. Each Sales Supervisor is assigned a primary area of responsibility—merchandising, customer service, or administrative functions—and all supervisors act as relief for one another. As first-line management, retail Sales Supervisors direct employees toward achieving company objectives and ensure the effective and financially responsible daily operation of the store.

This role also involves significant customer contact, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing professional, courteous, and helpful service.

Qualifications
  • Initiative to develop supervisory skills through experience and training, along with a willingness to accept responsibility
  • Proven merchandising and customer service skills, with a high level of productivity and a drive to complete tasks
  • Basic leadership and conflict resolution skills are assets
  • Preference given to applicants with at least one year of management retail experience
Additional Requirements
  • A positive, mature, outgoing leadership style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of company policies and procedures
Work Hours

Sales Supervisors will work 40 hours per week and must be available for flexible scheduling, including days and evenings from Monday through Sunday. The position may require transferring between stores or working in different locations based on organizational needs and career development. Transportation is the employee’s responsibility.
