What To Expect

As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
  • Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations and Service, to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally, and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, ensuring adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance aligns with brand guidelines
