•Lead cross-functional collaboration to support major customer initiatives
•Facilitate onboarding and integration of strategic accounts
•Act as a bridge between sales and operations to ensure alignment and execution
Sales Enablement & Training:
•Support the deployment and adoption of sales training programs
•Collaborate with regional sales leaders to reinforce best practices and customer-centric strategies
Market Intelligence & Insights:
•Manage the execution of customer satisfaction and benchmarking surveys
•Analyze results and develop actionable plans to enhance service delivery and close performance gaps
Sales Operations & Reporting:
•Drive adoption and optimization of sales tools and platforms
•Partner with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements aligned with strategic goals
•Deliver timely and insightful reporting to support sales leadership
Special Projects & Strategic Planning:
