About the job

As the Strategy and Digital Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.

Your responsibilities include

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Lead and mentor the digital sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

You report to the Vice President of Global Sales. The location for this position is flexible, and regular travel is part of the job.

Your profile

We’re looking for a senior leader with extensive experience in strategic and sales leadership role, preferably in the digital sales industry. You have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of leading leaders. Skills in stakeholder, proficiency in digital sales tools and platforms are needed, as is a broad understanding and knowledge of the metal cutting industry and its business. Your background includes a university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
