Sales Strategy Analyst

Hybrid: 4 Days/week in office.

The impact you'll make

As an Analyst within the Sales Strategy team, you will be responsible for pulling together data sets, organizing information effectively, strategizing on the best usage of Advance’s solutions and building tools that scale decision making. Your work will enable deeper insights into client needs and help develop frameworks that drive success for clients and account teams. By ensuring accurate data collection and analysis processes are in place, you will contribute significantly towards optimizing our offerings based on real-world performance.

What you'll do

  • Pull together relevant data sets from various sources to support the development of strong product market fit
  • Organize information effectively into databases or other systems for easy access by team members.
  • Build tools that facilitate efficient planning of marketing campaigns
  • Assist in creating detailed reports showcasing key findings from collected data sets which inform strategy development efforts.
  • Support senior team members by providing accurate analyses required during planning sessions or when addressing specific business challenges faced by clients' accounts teams
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including technology & product design departments ensuring seamless integration between analytical outputs & practical applications
  • Continuously monitor industry trends & competitor activities identifying opportunities where improvements can be made enhancing overall effectiveness

Does this sound like you?

  • Highly analytical individual possessing strong quantitative skills coupled w/deep interest working w/data-driven environments
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably focused on fields such as Statistics/Data Science/Economics/Business Administration etc., advanced degrees considered advantageous but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated proficiency using statistical software packages/languages e.g., Python/R/SAS along w/expertise handling large datasets via SQL queries
  • Prior experience working either directly within corporate analytics functions/agencies specializing digital marketing/media buying/planning roles beneficial though not essential
  • Exceptional attention detail capable producing high-quality outputs under tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy throughout entire process cycle
  • Effective communicator adept translating complex numerical concepts into easily understandable formats suitable varying audience types ranging technical experts’ senior executives alike
