Responsibilities

  1. Offer customers an in-store experience.
  2. Welcome, advise, and maximize in-store sales.
  3. Participate in daily meetings and training sessions.
  4. Analyze reported machine malfunctions and provide efficient customer service.
  5. Ensure that the Boutique is clean, well-ordered, with correct equipment, and properly presented.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in hotel, catering, sales, or retail.
  • Flexibility to work Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic approach.
  • Punctuality and discipline.
  • Strong team player.
  • Proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledge of coffee would be a great asset.
