Purpose :
This position is responsible for providing service and operational support for all wholesale retail customers and Sales Leadership to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver monthly sales and margin reports by key account to assist Sales Leadership with forecast accuracy.
- Manage order books for all strategic accounts.
- Perform data analytics on article sell-through to identify trends and challenges.
- Assist Sales Leadership and Finance in developing and executing yearly trade investment agreements that drive future sales and optimize profitability.
- Provide tailored product assortment information and support materials to designated accounts to strengthen sell-in presence.
- Act as a liaison between adidas operations and account operations.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
- Monitor monthly sales performance against annual targets.
- Support sales meetings, customer pre-lines, and special events.
- Educate and motivate retailers and consumers about adidas technology and product leadership.
- Support wholesale customers' digital transformation initiatives, including SEO, marketplace, drop-shipping, and content enhancement.
Key Relationships (Global) :
- Build and foster relationships within the global sales support team in Carlsbad.
Key Relationships (Internal) :
- Collaborate with teams in Canada including Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
