Position Overview
  • Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails and calendars.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone).
  • Assist customers and clients in transaction processing and account information updates as required.
  • Oversee and maintain client data in the system, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
  • Resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed, building meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service.
