Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist in a Lucid Studio, you will guide customers through their journey with Lucid, handling sales, transactions, and delivery to ensure a seamless and personalized experience. Ideal candidates are achievement-driven, goal-oriented, and possess excellent relational skills.

This position offers uncapped earning potential combined with a guaranteed hourly wage , rewarding your sales efforts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement : Assess needs, leverage product knowledge, understand the competitive landscape, build relationships, utilize CRM tools, manage sales pipeline, and conduct test drives.
  • Transaction Facilitation : Manage end-to-end order processes, support financing / leasing, guide customers through purchase and delivery, and coordinate with support teams.
  • Communication & Presentation : Communicate clearly, maintain regular contact, employ active listening, and provide memorable sales experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, preferably in automotive or related fields, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), retail systems, and flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong communication, perseverance, and a passion for electric and premium vehicles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to facilitate test drives, travel for events, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
