RONA is seeking a Product Specialist in Lévis, Canada to guide customers to the best product choices and support sales objectives. You will work as a store expert, delivering detailed product information to customers and fellow associates while driving order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes strong customer service and analytical thinking, with opportunities for growth within a customer-focused retail team in a dynamic home improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and colleagues.
• Promote and recommend products, plans, or installation services that suit customer needs.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed.
• Prepare weekly flyer.
• Enter new orders, contact vendors on special orders, track and fulfill orders, and resolve issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service through the daily execution of RONA customer service programs, including following up on completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Perform other tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Your role:

• Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to both customers and other RONA associates
• Conduct sales activities including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise correctly displayed
• Prepare weekly flyer
• Perform order management duties such as entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues
• Provide excellent customer service through the daily execution of RONA customer service programs, including following up on completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting customers as needed in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
