    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Commercial Insurance Specialist Support:

    • Assists CIS with their responsibilities so as to effectively maximize their use of time, as required by the CIS.
    • Assists CIS with Renewal preparation and comparisons, including corresponding with UW for required information.
    • Completes Annual Client Review pre-work for CIS, managing ACR list and due dates, including preparation of ACR documentation.
    • Completes Premium Reconciliation Requests, providing premium breakouts when requested and liaises with CIS/CSA for client delivery.
    • Updates Sales Desk with Right Report submission and triages to appropriate underwriting stream.
    • Supports CIS with creating Sales Proposals and supporting materials for prospect presentations.
    • Assists in the preparation and production of all new business documents as required.
    • Risk Services support - provides CIS with Federated Loss Prevention material and services for client delivery.
    • Assists in obtaining territory results and forwarding to District Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
  2. Administrative:

    • General maintenance of computer database and Sales Desk.
    • Handles all document filing, hard and soft, document preparation and Hub uploading.
    • Production of documents and reports as required.
    • Maintains client files in an orderly, organized manner.
  3. Teamwork and Professionalism:

    • Prioritizes and organizes workload to maintain service standards.
    • Makes every attempt to minimize time delays in processing by following up on outstanding items.
    • Maintains exceptional working relationships with Sales, Underwriting, and other office personnel.
    • Strives for ongoing self-development through industry and related courses.
    • Remains calm and professional when dealing with difficult circumstances.
    • Willingly helps others maintain standards and trains new and existing staff as needs arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school graduate plus a two-year diploma course or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Indoors in a normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes, vibrations and temperature.
  • Frequent computer use at workstation.
  • Willingness to work a scheduled 7.5-hour workday.
