Position:Sales Representatives for Promoting South Asian Community Online Classifieds Platform

PositionType: Part-time or Full-time

Compensation:Hourly pay plus reimbursed business expenses per company policy

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying Businesses:

  • Sales representatives are responsible for finding potential customers through various channels, including Google, Canadian classifieds websites, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

Building Relationships:

  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships is essential for effective networking and increasing the visibility of the South Asian community portal.

Presenting Services:

  • Clearly and effectively communicating the value of services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.

Meeting Sales Goals:

  • Achieving individual sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics.

Providing Customer Support:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Using CRM Software:

  • Effectively utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Preparing reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.

Staying Informed:

  • Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new service offerings.

Required Skills:

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues – English and knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and others
  • Persuasive Communication:Excellent ability to effectively persuade individuals and businesses to join the community portal.
  • Sales Techniques:Understanding and applying various sales strategies and techniques to close deals.
