Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their insurance needs.
- Educate customers on life and health insurance policies, explaining benefits and coverage options.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maintain relationships and encourage policy renewals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Insurance license (Life & Health) or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Zoom and Google Office Suite.
