Under the responsibility of the Business Development Manager – TSIS/FCIS - Western Canada, the position holder fulfills the responsibilities linked to developing and managing TSIS/FCIS business in Lower Mainland, BC.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

• Responsible for the territory growth, sales budget, and business management of the designated territory, aligned with corporate objectives, through presentations of current and new products on the market.
• Represent the company to potential customers, including distributors, consulting engineers, industrial clients, architects, and installers.
• Conduct product training, communicate technical information regarding tile, stone, and floor covering installation products, handle complaints, and influence customer buying decisions.
• Provide written reports to management on territory activities and market intelligence.
• Regularly conduct cold calls and market solicitation activities.
• Provide feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas.
• Participate in the development of new products with Product Line Managers.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.
