S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our S3 PowerPin team at our office in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately and offering a competitive pay and full benefits.

The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty troubleshooting technical problems with customers and provide support to the team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking. There is also an expectation for some travel to attend trade shows, industry conferences, and meet with current & potential customers.
Job Overview:
- Plan, organize, prioritize and execute sales activities including generating a list of known customers and potential customers.
- Answer and address customer service calls.
- Generate, track, and follow up on sales quotes.
- Enter sales order entries, credit memos, and RMAs.
- Assist in the creation of part number reorder points and reorder quantities.
- Develop customer delivery schedules.
- Enter, track, and follow up on customer non-conformances.
- Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and customer inquiries and/or complaints.
- Manage forecasts, quoting, order processes, and product returns.
- Generate costing reports for sales margins.
- Maintain profit margin by price for each product offering.
- Help generate sales plans for new markets.
- Speak, listen, and write in a clear and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.
- Evaluate, develop, and communicate sales policies and procedures.
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested.
- Attend production meetings.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in sales and customer service and a Grade 12 diploma.
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driver records.
- Experience with sales and customer service.
- Agricultural background is preferred.
- Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and cooperative team player capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information is essential.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
