We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative for one of our clients to support business growth across Southwestern Ontario. This role focuses on expanding market presence and maintaining relationships with existing customers in industrial, institutional, and healthcare sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new opportunities, and promoting a comprehensive product line designed to enhance equipment performance and reliability. The position involves frequent travel within the assigned territory, with four days dedicated to client-facing activities and one day set aside for administrative work and reporting.
Compensation Structure:
This is a performance-driven, 100% commission-based role designed to reward results and sales initiative. To support your onboarding and ramp-up period, a temporary earnings stability program will be in place during the initial six months, ensuring you have the opportunity to establish a strong sales pipeline and transition confidently into the role.
